These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MAGICPOK website and your purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Store

MAGICPOK specialises in Trading Card Game products, including Pokémon TCG, One Piece Card Game and other collectible card game products.

Our catalogue may include booster boxes, booster bundles, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, decks, tins, accessories, individual cards and other sealed or collectible products.

Product availability may change at any time.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, languages, editions and release information are accurate.

Product images may occasionally be illustrative. Packaging, promotional materials and minor product details may differ from images supplied by manufacturers or distributors.

Customers are responsible for checking the product language, edition and contents shown on the product page before ordering.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs will be displayed before the order is confirmed where required.

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Pre-Orders and Guaranteed Allocations

MAGICPOK offers pre-orders for selected upcoming TCG releases.

When a pre-order is accepted and confirmed by MAGICPOK, the quantity purchased is reserved from our allocated stock for that customer. Our pre-order allocations are guaranteed, subject only to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including manufacturer or distributor cancellation, product discontinuation, regulatory restrictions or other force majeure events.

This means that we do not intentionally oversell confirmed allocations.

Estimated release and shipping dates are displayed on the relevant product page whenever available.

Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may be changed or delayed without prior notice. A change to an official release date does not necessarily mean that an allocation has been cancelled.

If a manufacturer or distributor cancels a product or reduces an allocation in circumstances outside our reasonable control and we are consequently unable to fulfil an order, the affected customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

5. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, payment failure, product unavailability or circumstances that make fulfilment impossible.

Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Shipping

MAGICPOK ships internationally.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All original MAGICPOK branding, website design, written content and other materials created by MAGICPOK are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, product names, characters and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MAGICPOK is an independent retailer and does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks appearing on products sold through the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAGICPOK will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable regulations.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in force when the order was placed.
